Michele DeCorby, is an Award Winning designer, a leader in the Kitchen and Bath Industry who has over 20 years experience directly related to the industry. Ever a lover of design, she began with remodels, advancing to real estate developer; converting old Warehouse buildings and Machine shops into residences. A specialist in Kitchen design, and Interiors she heads the design firm of Swanx. See her reviews here http://swanx.com/page15.html A long serving member of the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), she has served on the National Council as a board member, then Secretary, and locally as President, VP Strategic Planning and VP Technology and Communications and represented her chapter as national liaison in the position of Chapter Representative. A leader in her field, she has contributed to the exam & certification development for professional certification, and served on the board of curriculum at the Art Institute of Austin for Interior Design. Manage day to day operations and marketing of the Austin Location Recruit, train, mentor designers Recruit and oversee Installation crew Local resourse for the Austin American Statesman "Ask the Expert". Local resource for various trade publications as writer and expert in Kitchen design and Remodelling. Overall sales volume 2.2 - 2.5 million Personally designed and procured 1.4 million in design and sales annually. Selected to represent Masterbrand cabinets as brand representative to assist in successfully acquiring a National account in Mexico. 1st of stores to pioneer social media marketing through Google and Facebook. Presented theory on both to assist in implementing those successes through out the stores group for both Canada and US locations. Represent the company at high levels in elected positions for the NKBA.

(worked two separate terms with this company 1991-1993 and 1997-1998)
